                  Shipping costs $10-$12 for orders under $299. We provide complimentary shipping for all orders over $299.

                  If your order is labeled Pre-Order, it will be processed 5-7 business days after your order has been received.
If your order is NOT labeled Pre-Order, it will be processed 3-5 business days after your order has been received.

                  Yes! We believe in keeping our customers informed. You will receive communication when your order has been received, processed and shipped out.

                  If your order is labeled Pre-Order, it will be shipped 8-14 business days after your order has been processed.
If your order is NOT labeled Pre-Order, it will be shipped 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.
                    
                    
                      Can I change my delivery address?
                    
                    
                  
                  You will have 1 day after your order has been placed to contact us to inform us of the change. I.e. If your order is placed Monday at 1:00pm, you have until Tuesday at 1:00pm to inform us. Please email info@whitehairlabel.com to make any changes.
If the customer fails to inform us of the change, it will be sent to the address on file.

                  You will receive your tracking number via UPS and will be able to follow your package.
White Hair Label is not responsible for any order delays and/or lost/stolen packages once in UPS property.
